Responsibilities:
* To maintain best practice documentation for iTrent configuration together with the SMEs within Professional Services
* To co-ordinate and schedule build work and resource accordingly to maximise the utilisation of the team
* Support Head of Practice Operations and Transformation Manager with internal automation projects and communications regarding Automation and Build work
* To line manage the multiple teams within the Practice Team, ensuring best practice is being followed, improvements are made, and operations are optimised
* Monitor efficiency and accuracy KPIs of Automation software, and to report utilisation figures and quality metrics to the Head of Practice Operations, as directed
* To seek efficiencies on a continuous improvement basis, maximising provision of implementation services through delivery of standardised and repeatable packages in alignment with Corporate strategies and the Service Delivery change programme.
* To work with Practice SMEs and Consultancy Managers in the development of system design documents to ensure they are fully up to date and fit for purpose
* To work with Business Pack Administrator to understand build requirements and capability within own software
* Maintain the build best practice documentation in line with new releases, developments, and new modules
* Create and maintain a process for monitoring/reporting on the build time of each deliverable in a project
* Regular reporting metrics to the management team on progress
* To constantly look to enhance the build in line with new functionality in the software.
* Maintain the consultant’s automation user guide
* Support Head of Practice Operations with Services catalogue by documenting and testing new services
To support the recruitment of high-quality candidates into new roles as demanded by the business in alignment with future strategies and support high levels of staff engagement and retention.
To work with colleagues in order to provide representation at Departmental meetings and contribute towards change programmes.
To provide support to departmental colleagues and other departments as demanded by the business.
To continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities and ensure others are doing likewise.
To promote a positive image of MHR at all times.
