As our Maintenance Operations Director, you will lead and deliver a professional maintenance service in providing the highest affordable standards of presentation, conservation, safety and security.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and plan for the upkeep and conservation of the building fabric and the upgrade and improvement of mechanical and electrical services to ensure they operate optimally.
* To effectively line manage Contract Managers, Facilities Coordinator, Post Room Operative and Warehouse Assistant/Porter, providing support, guidance, training and motivation in delivering a comprehensive reactive and routine MF support service.
* To manage external contractors, consultants and agency staff, developing KPIs/targets and monitoring performance to maintain high service standards of quality, time, execution and health and safety.
