What the Job Involves In this role, you will manage all aspects of Fire Safety and Asbestos Awareness for buildings managed by the Council's Housing Landlord. This includes acting as the primary contact for staff and stakeholders on these matters. You will oversee the Fire Risk Assessment programme and the Asbestos re-inspection programme, ensuring all deadlines are met and actions prioritized correctly. Additionally, you will control budgets related to remedial works and inspections, ensuring all practices are legally compliant and align with relevant legislation and regulations.
