Steel Cactus Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Sheffield S36.
This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. You will be working for a well-established business within a small close-knit team.
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.00ph
Shift Pattern: No weekends - 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
•Manage incoming queries via telephone and email.
•Preform date entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
•Organising paper/electronic files.
•Scanning documents.
•Dealing with invoices.
•Other general admin queries.
The ideal candidate:
•Experienced Office Administrator.
•Experience processing payables, receivables, payments etc. desirable but not essential.
•Will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such a word, excel, outlook.
•Experienced office administrator.
•Quick to learn internal systems and databases keeping them up to date and accurate.
•Can work well as a team but independently using own initiative.
