Our client, a leading set specialising in commercial, property, employment and housing is seeking an experienced and proactive Chambers Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will work alongside the Senior Clerk, Fees Administrators, Accountants, and Marketing Assistant to oversee and enhance Chambers’ administrative operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing facilities and infrastructure, overseeing recruitment and HR administration, and ensuring compliance with Bar Standards Board regulations. You will also be responsible for liaising with accountants on payroll management, and providing general administrative support to barristers and staff.
We encourage applications from highly organised individuals with at least 5 years’ administrative experience, ideally within a legal environment. You will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make confident business decisions that enhance efficiency. The role requires a calm and adaptable approach, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and equality and diversity principles.
