You will be responsible for helping to achieve the company’s sales turnover, on time delivery and profit targets. Working with the the team and trusted suppliers, you will be the front face of the client - providing constant business development through the maintenance of relationships with key accounts. You are responsible for the driving the successful installation of any projects falling within your designated domain by constantly updating crucial information to the internal project team. Responsibilities: Communicate updates to internal project teams to ensure accurate quotes and plans. Create and manage project timelines using Smartsheets, Database, and HubSpot to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Provide weekly updates to designers, project managers, and contractors on handover dates. Attend pre-start and site meetings as needed throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct site surveys using a laser where possible, providing detailed reports with critical dimensions, photos, and access restrictions. Coordinate with contractors and internal production teams to meet project deadlines. Update suppliers on project timelines and ensure they notify the head of operations upon warehouse arrival. Attend FFE meetings, report remedial actions, and relay feedback to the office. Participate in handovers with design teams and main contractors to gather insights for future improvements. Perform quality control checks on project products before delivery. Ensure final payments are received from non-account clients before delivery. Follow up on remedial actions, drive resolutions within and keep clients informed.
