MONTHIND CLEAN ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A BUSINESS CO-ORDINATOR/TELESALES FOR OUR WINDOW CLEANING AND SPECIALIST DEPARTMENT BASED IN OUR GORLESTON OFFICE TO COVER NORFOLK, ESSEX, SUFFOLK, HERTFORDSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS
OUR COMPANY
Monthind Clean Limited is a medium sized Contract and Specialist Cleaning company with our Head Office based in Colchester, Essex employing over 700 staff.
Monthind provides cleaning & specialist services including daily office cleaning, window cleaning, specialist cleaning and caretaking services, for customers throughout the Public and Private Sectors.
THE ROLE
To support the Window and Specialist Cleaning Division to initiate, generate, develop and secure sales appointments and market all services via telephone.
The role is full-time working 32.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm, including a 30 minute unpaid break however these hours and times can be discussed and amended slightly to suit the needs of the business and the candidate.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
* Cold calling organisations to establish the current cleaning set up and identify decision makers
* Build ongoing relationships with prospective clients using follow ups/call backs
* Inform prospects about all services available
* Send prospects an introductory email following a telephone call
* Maintain regular contact with current client base to sell in additional services
* Schedule appointments for the Window Cleaning and Specialist Cleaning Division management team and Window & Specialist Cleaning Business Development Manager
* Maintain and update our Web CRM package
* General sales administration
* Work closely with the Window Cleaning Business Development Manager to identify key prospects through canvassing
* Follow up on quotations sent to clients to establish an outcome
* Creation of monthly reports highlighting appointments and wins/losses
TRAINING
* You will undertake a range of company in house training throughout your employment with the company.
* You may at times be required to attend certified training courses to enhance on your job knowledge and competency of the role.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE
* Confident and enthusiastic telephone skills
* Good working knowledge of data entry and CRM systems.
* Aptitude to work well independently and with others as part of a team
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* You must demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal, written and telephone
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team working
THE SALARY
* £20,691.64 per annum
* 20 days annual leave entitlement pro-rated plus Bank Holiday allowance, increasing incrementally to 25 days with 5 full years’ service.

LOCATION
The role is based out of our Gorleston office.
