We are looking for an administrator to join a company based in Wolverhampton. The administrator will provide support to a team of internal sales agents.
Are you able to start work straight away? Do you have some administration experience? If so, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary
1. Enter orders for products onto internal system
2. Place purchase orders with local suppliers
3. Scan orders into the system and file accordingly
4. Raise internal job cards against individual orders
5. General administrative duties as required (scanning/filing)
6. Being self-motivated, and willing to learn and develop further into this role
Requirements
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
4. Must be confident, self-motivated and willing to learn and develop within the role
Full Time 40 Hours per week 08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday.
