The organisation is open to someone on a full-time or part-time basis. The role: You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing proactive recruitment strategies, building strong talent pools, and ensuring they have the right people in place to drive the business forward. The main responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Proactively engage with passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on hiring strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Utilise data and recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve processes. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in talent acquisition, in-house or agency, with a strong focus on proactive recruitment. Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
