Location - Can be based in London or Dubai (option to relocate to Dubai also available)
Laser Digital is looking for a Client Support Specialist at a junior-mid level to help our OTC business as we onboard and support a growing number of clients.
The successful candidate will have familiarity and experience of electronic trading and client support (onboarding and ongoing). They will possess a mix of technical skills/knowledge and client relationship management/support experience as they will be dealing with clients, trading, sales, technology and operations stakeholders.
The role will be to provide 1st line support to clients directly therefore, the successful candidate will have the attitude and personality to support clients constructively plus the technical knowledge to undertake initial triage of issues across the entire stack, and to implement fixes where no coding or infrastructure setup is required.
Key Aspects of the role:
* Strong blend of technical skills and client facing experience
* Client service or onboarding experience in Crypto, FICC or equities
* Experience of electronic trading environment – understand the type of messages and general message flow
* Experience of working in a production environment
* Experience working with market data feeds
* Strong understanding of trading workflow
* FIX messaging, Rest API or Websocket exposure/experience a bonus
* Understand how to interrogate server logs to identify potential issues
* SQL strongly preferred
