Job Description
We are recruiting for an Integration Associate (M&A) to support the UK&I Integration Manager in driving the execution of complex integration projects as required. You will work with various departments and act as a contact for key operational stakeholders to ensure seamless on-boarding of new businesses and execution of integration plans.
Overview of duties
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and drive the delivery of integration projects plans and timelines
* Coordinate and support in-house functional teams, including Finance, IT, HR, Compliance and Marketing, to deliver project workstream activities
* Manage integration project activities, including tracking progress, highlighting interdependencies, resolving issues, and ensuring that activities are completed on time and within scope.
* Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on integration goals, timelines, progress, changes, and deliverables
* Act as a point of contact for integration-related queries and issues
* Support the integration of systems, tools, and processes across functional teams and departments to create a unified operating model
