Onsite Recruitment Account Manager for the Industrial Sector
A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to manage key client sites in the territory between Oxford, Basingstoke, and Southampton for a specialist onsite managed services provider. You will need your own transport for this role.
This is a hands-on role, managing the fulfilment of staffing requirements across a key site and a local smaller sub-site. This is an operational role where you will be present on the processing shop floor for a large proportion of your working day to ensure safety, performance, and support is provided to both the workers and the clients. You will also manage the processing of workforce recruitment, compliance, processing of working hours through to preparation of site reports.
About you:
1. You will be a skilled and experienced onsite recruiter or industrial sector recruiter, focused on service for both your clients and your candidates.
2. You will be great at communicating and people management.
3. A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others.
4. You will have worked in the industrial, driving, or engineering sector as a servicing recruiter, used to volume SLAs or managed service delivery.
The role:
1. Oversee performance results and challenges of staffing.
2. Daily briefing meetings with the client’s management team and supervisors.
3. Fulfilment and performance review meetings.
4. Sourcing applicants alongside the team.
5. Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety, and compliance.
6. Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions.
7. Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team.
8. Assessing and inductions of site, safety, and compliance.
9. Processing all workforce administration, compliance, and training records.
10. Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries.
11. Manage rotas and holidays.
12. Health and safety records.
Working standard hours of 8:00 - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of £31,000 basic, car allowance of £2400 plus £1000 on-call premium, plus a long list of benefits. You will be offered excellent training, clear progression routes, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
