About the Role As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools, develop essential classroom management skills, and explore a career in education. Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and focused. Communicate any concerns or feedback to teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning. Requirements A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are advantageous). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and adaptability to lead a class and maintain order. A passion for education and working with young people.
