Buying Admin Assistant for a very prestigious retailer based in Shephers Bush
Key responsibilities include:
Order Management: Checking and updating order confirmations, maintaining accurate purchase orders, and raising re-orders.
Supplier Coordination: Introducing new suppliers, ensuring they are set up correctly, and acting as a single point of contact for various departments.
Data Accuracy: Performing pre-upload checks, managing product merges, and ensuring accurate pricing and payment terms.
Administrative Support: Pulling together vendor packs, supporting buying trips, and performing site checks.The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising.
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
A good sense of humor and personal style.
