Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP to join our fantastic team at Baddeley Green Surgery 4 to 7 sessions per week We are a friendly, well organised practice. Our current team consists of 1 GP Partner, 2 Part Time Salaried GP's, 1 Long-term Locum GP, 1 Long-term Locum ANP, 1 Part Time Practice Nurse, 2 Health Care Support Workers and excellent management team with a full complement of administration support staff. Baddeley Green Surgery is a growing practice with a current list size of approximately 5700 patients. Our Clinical system is EMIS Web utilising Docman and electronic prescribing. We strive as a team to ensure we are providing the highest quality, efficient and effective services to our patients. Main duties of the job To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
