Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), a school in the L25 area are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join them. You’ll be working with primary children with a range of SEND needs such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH in a 1:1 and group setting. Key Responsibilities: • Support students with SEND in their learning and personal development. • Work closely with teachers to implement learning plans. • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Monitor and assess student progress. Qualifications: • Experience in a similar role or a background in education or childcare. • Understanding of SEND policies and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service INDLIV
