Job overview
We are currently looking for an Agile Receptionist who excels in customer service, has strong communication skills and team spirit to work on a busy mental health community reception, based at Pendle House, Nelson.
Hours of work are 22.5 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday.
The role requires organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload, and requires being able to travel to different sites in order to provide agile cover.
Main duties of the job
Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel is essential - training for in house systems will be given.
You will be meeting and greeting visitors and service users, dealing with telephone calls, issuing swipes and alarms to staff/visitors, dealing with the post along with other general office duties.
