Import Export Supply Planner (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH) Coordinating all stages of the import/export process, from sale to payment. Facilitate the movement of products from one location to another Coordinate and plan delivery schedules to meet customer demand with little to no delay Continuously review costs to keep costs down where possible Streamline transportation processes Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and excel spreadsheets. Track the transits in conjunction with the preparation of the shipping documentation Communicate and coordinate with all relevant offices within the company Fluent English essential (2nd Language advantageous) Liaise with Account Managers to ensure customers delivery requirements are fulfilled Process invoices and consignments on Microsoft Business Central Communicate clearly with our suppliers and customers, ensuring any complaints are resolved in a timely manner General administrative duties within the logistics & supply team as required
