In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Carrying out assembly of products in line with standard operating procedures and relevant standards. - Carrying out testing of products to specified product methods and in line with standards and health and safety requirements. - Ensuring sales order requirements are interpreted correctly - Collaborating closely with your team leader and other personnel such as Engineering and Quality team members on quality issues arising from manufacturing. - Ensuring that all tools/machines used are fit for purpose and reporting any problems to Supervision. - Recommending and carrying out any improvements in line with the company's continuous improvement program. - Working at all time within Health and Safety guidelines, including the accurate use of PPE. - Keeping accurate and up to date production records Who You Are: You have the capability to efficiently and accurately handle complex tasks. You are self motivated with a positive can-do attitude. For This Role, You Will Need: - To be time served within an Engineering environment - Have attention to detail - Be quality focused - Be flexible and adaptable for potential cross functional training - Have basic IT skills Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Prior experience of valve assembly would be desirable but not essential.
