Specific restructuring or financial experience either in education or prior work experience is not a requirement for the role nor will preference be shown to candidates who have such experience. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate they can engage with our clients, take pride in their work and communicate in a professional, commercial manner. Successful candidates who demonstrate potential to excel, hard work and fit our company values over the course of the program will be considered for our Summer 2026 graduate intake. Key Accountabilities: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analyses. Support team members in data gathering and research for ongoing projects. Participate in meetings, taking notes, and summarising action items. Contribute to client-related tasks under the supervision of senior staff. Learn about industry trends and corporate strategies while working alongside advisors. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree, on track to graduate Summer 2026. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Show engagement with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, having taken steps to up-skill in this area. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
