Requirements:
* Proven experience as a store manager or leader in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
* Ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.

* Strong operational management skills in sales, stock, waste, payroll, and compliance.
* Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve goals.
