A new position has become available for an experienced individual to join a growing team as a Business Development Specialist. The company, a long-established family-run business based in Brackley, is looking for candidates who have excellent experience in building strong relationships to support the company’s business development and increase new business accounts.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duties of the Business Development Specialist:
1. Manage inbound sales enquiries.
2. Support the Sales team.
3. Generate new sales leads, contacting clients to discuss new products by phone and Teams.
4. Build and maintain current relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Keep up-to-date records and logs of communication.
6. Work in a team of 10 within the sales team.
Personal Attributes:
1. Previous experience in an account management or business development position.
2. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and a CRM database.
3. Ability to work well on your own initiative, but also support a team.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Passionate about sales with a desire to grow and develop business.
