Job Role: CRM Data Manager
Location: Bristol (Queen Square)
Salary: £32,500 - £38,000

Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the quality of account and contact data in Salesforce; both new data going in, and existing data being refreshed and validated. Data Sets include: Contact information, Account information, Segments, Bounced emails
* Ensure relevant data is synced between systems, working with multiple stakeholders to support on this.
* Identify gaps in our data based on future campaigns, and se available tools to source and import into these gaps.
* Work closely with marketing and outbound sales team to ensure only clean data is included in various outbound campaigns.
* Ensure data is assigned to the correct industry segments to align with active marketing campaigns.
* Manage data change process, reviewing existing data, and working across the business to put rules in place to prevent future duplicates/bad data.
* Build reports to manage data quality, and use to identify areas for improvement.
* Ad Hoc support with campaign data builds, and general data analysis.
Skills & Experiences
* Competent using MS Excel, and experience with large scale data management.
* Working understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce Preferred).
* Experience preparing data for marketing campaigns.
* Detail orientated and able to work with multiple teams.
