Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm

We are working alongside a global Consultancy who have multiple office locations around the UK and Australia. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract. Their offices are based in the centre of Glasgow and they do offer hybrid working.
Within this role your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Providing a range of administration support using Word, Excel, Visio, Adobe and SharePoint
* Formatting and creating documents, invoices and purchase orders
* Responsibility for routine key administration tasks; managing internal mailboxes and ensuring requests are actioned in a timely manner
* Project specific administration support
The successful applicant will possess the following skills / experience:
* Previous administrative experience
* Strong IT skills together with excellent skills in Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience in Visio & SharePoint is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work to project deadlines and prioritise workloads
