Summary: AgReserves, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Accounting Clerk to join our local finance team. The Clerk is responsible for a wide range of basic accounting and clerical functions. Responsibilities: Match, code, and enter invoices with correct general ledger codes. Perform file maintenance of A/P and A/R files. Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors. Perform bank reconciliations. Process employee expense reimbursements. Perform data entry for various systems and databases. Cross-train in other relevant skills to be able to assist in other miscellaneous assignments and projects. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years in accounting/bookkeeping/clerical work or equivalent combination of experience and education/training. Understanding of basic accounting principles including A/P and A/R. Proficient with 10-key operations and general computer skills, including Microsoft tools. Previous use of HRIS (Lawson) and/or Kronos/Dimensions desired. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and outstanding organization skills.
