Recruit and cultivate new prospects. Manage a personal portfolio of major donors. Meet with major donors, craft tailored cultivation plans, personalised proposals, and reports. Organise cultivation and stewardship events. Ideal candidate: Excellent relationship manager. Proficient in building and managing relationships with diverse supporters. Passionate about supporting the mission of our hospices. Reporting to the Major Gifts Manager, the post holders will work with major donor portfolios across the three hospice sites. About us St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care and community living well services. Our sister hospice, Chestnut Tree House, is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
