They are now looking for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to support their talented legal team. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting a dynamic solicitor in all aspects of residential conveyancing • Filing stamp duty returns at HMRC • Preparing Transfers and AP1/RX1/DS1s, removing notices and restrictions from title • Preparing security documentation/solicitors certificates of advice, ILA etc • Applications at the Land Registry – OS1/OS2s, bankruptcy and SIM searches • Preparing invoices/completion statements and billing • Ordering searches • Sending out letters and emails to solicitors/lenders • General secretarial support Key Skills & Experience: -2 years experience in residential conveyancing -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Fast and accurate typing skills -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills This is a lovely role for a Legal Secretary looking for a role in a prestigious and well-established law firm based in Hertfordshire.
