Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team at the Marden Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Main duties of the job Duties can include, but are not limited to, greeting and appropriately directing patients according to their needs, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, the processing of information and assisting patients as required. The successful applicant willact as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multi-disciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
