Clinical Support Team Administrator
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Support Administrator for our Child and Family Team in Ipswich. The candidate will work within our Reception Area at Walker Close, supporting all who use that building, including other teams across our Care Group. This team is part of our Suffolk Children's, Family and Young People's services in the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust. This post is Part Time/Job Share. The post holder will have varied Admin duties within, including manning the reception area, answering telephone calls, typing of letters, minute taking, updating service users records and assisting with general day to day referrals and processing. The Post Holder will provide administration support to our very busy Child & Family Team and would be expected to work alongside the wider admin team based within this area.
Good office-based skills would be required; however, full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as Minute Taking and Digital Audio Transcription, however not essential as training will be provided.
Reception cover is expected within this post and will require the post holder to be Office Based at those times.
All equipment necessary will be provided and full training given.

Job responsibilities
The Post Holder will provide a friendly and welcoming Reception Area for our Service Users and Clinical Staff who use the building. There will be varied administration duties, including support of Doctors, Nurses and Clinicians with entering and maintaining information to Service Users records as well as supporting Service Users with queries or other needs by telephone or face to face. Providing diary/appointment management, processing of referrals and documentation and attending team meetings, minute taking, where appropriate. To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
