Handling over 2,500 jobs monthly, the company specializes in reactive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment, ranging from small repairs to large-scale void works.
Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Painter & Decorator to join their team. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with a larger team of tradespeople and will have experience in Housing Associations or Local Authorities.
Key Responsibilities
* General Painting and Decorating: Perform part or full decorations in void properties, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and corridors within tenanted and care/respite homes.
* Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out painting and touch-up work, including bannisters, skirtings, windows, coving, and other general maintenance.
* Decorating Projects: Manage tasks like wallpaper removal, wallpapering, and similar decorative works.
