Gemini People is seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a busy Warehouse Parcel Distribution Centre in LE10 3FF. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can manage day-to-day agency staff activities and coordinate with warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff Check-In: Manage the check-in of agency staff against a list provided by the agency, ensuring everyone has arrived for their shift.
* Liaison with Management: Communicate with warehouse managers to confirm staff attendance and highlight any absences or delays.
* Uniform Management: Ensure all agency staff are in the correct uniform. If needed, issue uniforms to those who are not properly dressed.
* Shift Coordination: Arrive on site before the first shift (start times vary between 14:00 - 17:30) and remain on site until shift ends (between 21:00 - 22:30).
* Shift Start Time: Shifts will start earlier closer to Christmas at the end of October and through November and December.
Ideal Candidate:
