Contracts Manager
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Frequent travel between Stevenage and Chippenham office
LOCATION: Stevenage or Chippenham (Typically 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote)
TYPE: Full time (Part time also available)

Integrated Space Solutions Secure Connectivity UK, US & Asia seeks a Contracts Manager with expertise in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, bids, and RFPs. The role entails providing strategic guidance and overseeing post contract award delivery. This is an opportunity to collaborate on intricate bids involving proposals from subcontractors and vendors. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
* Review, negotiate and facilitate the execution of commercial contracts for transactions of varied complexity.
* Strategically advise the multi-functional team on the most appropriate commercial direction for each opportunity.
* Build and maintain a good working relationship with vendors, internal and external clients and other business connections as appropriate.
* Act as the contract focal point for the Customer and the Programme Team for all contractual matters on the relevant programmes
* Be the lead for In-Life Contract Management activities for customer contracts.
* Be responsible for the management and administration of the entire contract lifecycle for the programmes you support
ABOUT YOU
* Commercial awareness with the ability to challenge the team and seek other ways to ensure a positive outcome for the Programme
* Proven track record in negotiation of contracts of various complexity
* Project Management, Risk Management & Claims Management experience
* Contractual drafting experience
