Join our dynamic team at the Sizewell C Project Office / on site as a Multi-Disciplinary Team Leader, providing management, leadership, and control over a diverse team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen. Why This Role: Leadership Role: Lead a multi-disciplinary team ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. Safety and Quality Focus: Promote a relentless focus on Zero Harm and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Core: Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm, motivate the team, and manage performance. Health, Safety & Environmental: Set targets and KPIs, conduct safety tours, lead risk reviews, and stay updated on legislation. Engineering Control: Allocate resources, ensure team competency, and provide necessary training. Quality: Set quality targets, conduct site audits, manage improvement actions, and oversee handover documentation. Productivity: Set productivity targets, manage sub-contractor performance, and conduct constructive program analysis.
