The RPA Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to streamline business operations and enhance productivity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, manage product lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of RPA projects. This position reports to the Director Applications and Automation and is part of the Data and Analytics Department located on-site in Cambridge, UK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Develop and execute the RPA product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. - Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it meets market demands and stakeholder expectations. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in RPA. - Lead and manage RPA projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set priorities. The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.? - Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in a similar industry.? - Proficiency in RPA tools and software development methodologies. - Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.? - Strong understanding of business processes and operations across various industries. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Project/Product management certifications are a plus. - Working collaboratively in a team environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
