Our client, a well established law firm based in Victoria are seeking a Junior Legal Cashier to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
The successful Junior Legal Cashier will provide support the team with financial administration tasks. Duties to include:
Receive and record client payments
Update and maintain client and office ledgers with accurate financial details
Reconcile bank statements with internal records
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Follow up on overdue client payments
Compliance checks
Generate basic financial reports as needed, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
Deal with client enquiries regarding billing and payments
Assist with filing, copying, and other administrative dutiesThis Junior Legal Cashier opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Required experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
