Job Summary:
• Assistance in implementation of property plans and tactics to effectively manage the facilities activities related to the assigned portfolio to ensure investment protection, business continuity, cost management and rightsizing the portfolio to meet present demands.
• Assistance in day to day monitoring of maintenance tasks (reactive and preventive) in close liaison with the assigned IFM contractor.
• Build a sustainable database of landlord and managing agents for the Scotland portfolio, and further to extend to the Continental Europe sites.
• Assist with site visits, inspections and audits (travel required to sites around Aberdeen)
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assists with the scheduling of regulatory required tasks by site
• Maintain sustainability database
• Actively participate in implementation of energy management strategy at facilities
• Updates and/or creates required database information with facility master data
• Manages reactive maintenance tasks with the IFM contractor to ensure on time delivery
• Requests and manages RFQ for facilities requirements
• Assists facility manager with Cost/Value assessments for all activities
• Monitors and enforces Soft Services routines and measures service delivery quality
• Effectively communicates with and maintains the highest degree of relations between the Company and all levels of supplier personnel.
• Builds strong relationships with internal customers in order to meet defined objectives.
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to continually reduce wasted time, money and resources from assigned tasks.
• Complies with all SLB and local procedures applicable to the job function.
• Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the location or Company.
Essential Requirements:
• Degree and qualification level - Business studies, Facility management, Health and Safety, project management
• Analytical Skills, advance understanding of Microsoft excel, email etiquette, organization, time management, team work, flexibility, self-management
