The Cloud Application (Identity Management) Administrator role is responsible for the administration, development, testing and deployment of various cloud-based systems with focus on identity management at KnowBe4. In addition, the role is responsible for automating cloud-based workflows and processes, utilizing IAM/IGA solutions, to assist with compliance, auditing and reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Administrate, configure, troubleshoot, and support IAM initiatives and solutions
* Collaborate with KnowBe4 teams to help provide security/IAM best practices and design patterns
* Develop and document environment topologies and standards
* Provide an escalation point for complex issues
* Ensure timely recovery from outages, performs root cause analysis, and implements preventative measures on owned systems
* Seek opportunities to automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes
* Gather requirements from internal clients and provide security/IAM technical expertise to the development of initiative requirements
* Ensure that proposed and existing system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals, and objectives
* Partner with PMO to compile requirements, workflow diagrams, and success metrics for relevant projects
* Assist in the planning, design, and development of new capabilities and enhancements to existing applications
* Work with team members and Project Managers to assist in setting direction and tone on cadence for project execution
* Continue personal growth in the areas of technology, business knowledge, and KnowBe4 policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work-related experience with minimum 5+ years hands-on technical experience in a similar capacity
* Minimum 3 years with hands-on IAM, IGA or IDM experience
* Minimum 5 years administration in cloud systems
* Minimum 3 years in a technical project environment
* Experience working in a regulated environment
* Experience with cloud platform connection adapters (AD, Salesforce, etc)
* Experience in SAML administration (OKTA, OneLogin)
* Experience in automation/workflow systems
* Experience in software and SaaS with an understanding of scripted languages (js, Powershell, bash)
* Experience in JIRA and Smartsheets
* ITIL certification a plus
* Microsoft certification a plus
* Experience or certification with Sailpoint a major plus
* High level technical understanding of cloud based, automation and analytical systems
* Excellent administrative and planning skills
* Strong time management skills with adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Strong customer service skills
