We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team at Halesowen College. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified accountant, part-qualified accountant or someone with experience in management accounting to support the college\\\'s financial operations and contribute to the delivery of key financial insights.
In this role, you\\\'ll assist with the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, while providing valuable financial analysis to help inform decision-making. You\\\'ll work closely with both senior management and various departments to ensure financial data is accurate, insightful, and easily understood.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
* Working with finance systems and reporting tools
* Analysing variances and providing recommendations for cost optimisation
What We\\\'re Looking For:
* AAT qualified, part-qualified accountant, a degree in accountancy/finance or qualified by experience
* Strong Excel and financial software skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
* Attention to detail and a passion for accurate financial reporting
