Scottish Land & Estates is recruiting an Events Co-ordinator to join our communications and marketing team. This role would suit someone with experience in the organisation and delivery of events of any size with an interest in rural Scotland. We are looking for someone who has excellent administration and organisation skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Line Manager: Head of External Affairs
Based at: Scottish Land & Estates, Eskmills, Musselburgh
Salary Scale: £28,000 – £33,000 pro rata per annum, dependant on experience.
Hours: 28 hours per week with some flexibility required during busy periods in Spring/Summer
Holidays: 32 days per year including 6 bank holidays pro rata

General Overview
* You will be working at the heart of a busy and vibrant team to play an integral role in the delivery of Scottish Land & Estates’ events calendar, including conferences, receptions, online webinars and everything in between.
* You will help to manage SLE’s relationships with corporate sponsors, members, presenters and keynote speakers including high-profile politicians and people in business.
* The role will involve considerable engagement with internal staff, members, and external stakeholders.
