Bruckshaw Associates are working in an exclusive partnership with a high-end, reputable business based in Cheltenham to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take full ownership of the payroll functions as well as support and collaborate with the Financial Controller.
This would be well-suited to someone that is looking for a new challenge, keen to add value and their expertise, and be a part of a thriving business. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and great benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Payroll Manager will consist of:
1. Maintaining and processing the monthly payroll for circa 180 members of staff
2. Payroll journals
3. Timesheet processing and authorisation
4. Processing starters and leavers
5. Issuing P45's and P60's
6. Calculating commissions/bonuses and overtime
Requirements
To be considered for the Payroll Manager role, you must ideally have the following skills/attributes:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience within payroll is a must
2. Experience within HR would be advantageous
3. Self-starter
4. Highly organised
