In addition the role requires the provision of leadership to junior, technical instructor and assistant staff as a delegated supervisor / line manager. This will include routine management of operational issues, maintaining high levels of quality and supporting the Principal OT in identifying and implementing service improvement at times working across traditional Health and Social Care boundaries.
