The Opportunity\n\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual Manager to work for a global company as Operations and Project Manager.\n\nYou will be expected to have good knowledge on a range of Audio Visual, Lighting, and systems\n\nYou will be organised, and able to keep track of support issues, ongoing projects and customer relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Manage a Series of Sound, Lighting, Audio-Video and Theatre Installation Projects\n\t\nBudget Management of Installation Projects\n\t\nHR Management\n\t\nTrack logistics and deliveries for projects\n\t\nManage Health and Safety, including production of RAMS and Method statements, for projects\n\t\nManage qualifications, training, certifications and trade body memberships of the company, and relevant staff.\n\t\nManage company resources, tools and equipment\n\t\nMaintain records and information using the company's chosen software, including both employed and freelance labour tracking.\n\t\nIssue tracking on all sites, and resolve problems, including customer communications\n\t\nManage project programmes to ensure a successful delivery within agreed timelines\n\t\nClose collaboration with design team to ensure successful systems\n\t\nFacilities management\n\t\nWorking alongside Sales director to aid the delivery of all projects\n\nBased in Reading the role will require some UK travel and occasional overseas, Salary circa £55k + plus benefits.\n\nYour skills and experience\n\nA knowledge of equipment, and standards within the Audio Visual industry.\n\t\nOptional Electrically Qualified, and experienced as Electrical Qualified Person (Quality Supervisor).\n\t\nExperience carrying out installation tasks on Client sites\n\t\nGood communication Skills\n\t\nDriving Licence\n\t\nGood problem solving skills\n\t\nGood organisation skills\n\t\nCSCS Card\n\t\nProficient IT Skills, including Office applications\n\t\nKnowledge and ability to navigate CAD software such as AutoCAD\n\t\nHealth and Safety (IOSH or Similar)\n\t\nExperience programming, commissioning AV equipment\n\nThe Organisation\n\nOur client is a leading Audio Visual and Lighting consultancy and installation company.
