Bannisters Restaurant at Boundary Outlet is looking for a dynamic Front of House Service Manager to join our team and help to lead our restaurant to success Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar management or supervisory role in a restaurant setting Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for delivering top-tier customer service Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
