Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor
Protocol Education are working alongisde Secondary Schools in the Wiltshire area to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during short-term absence of teachers. You will play a vital role by ensuring that students continue to learn and make good progress on the occasions when their teacher is away from their class.
This role would be perfect for someone who loves the variety of working across age groups and subjects. It will give you great experience in secondary education if you are an aspiring teacher, or if you are an experienced teacher, it will allow you to remain within education without the extra planning and marking commitments. Previous experience working within education is preferred, but not essential. Any other relevant experience would be considered (coaching, youth work, subject specialism for example).

As a Cover Teacher, you will:
1. Embrace the role of covering various lessons and delivering pre-set lesson plans
2. Ensure student engagement by overseeing their work completion
3. Manage classroom behaviour to create a conducive learning environment
4. Utilise your adaptability to navigate different subjects and year groups
5. Play a key role in supporting the school's continuity of education

An extremely competitive pay rate of £95 - £135 per day (dependant on experience)
