We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Colchester. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, helping them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily activities Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Support individuals in accessing community activties and services Promote independence and well-being in a respectful and degnified manner Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, amd other team members Requirements: Previous experience in a support or care role is preffered A compassionate and empathetic nature Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential An enhanced DBS check If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and would like to join a dedicated team, we would love to hear from you
