Summary Provides dedicated and specialized informational and technical support for the unique needs of the assigned Revenue Cycle department. Serves as the Patient Access systems resource for staff and leadership. Enhances productivity within the Revenue Cycle through timely reporting and development of metrics. Onsite position. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum Work Experience 5 years Revenue Cycle experience including experience in advanced end-user roles, or related system informatics experience. 2 years HIM experience. Experience with HIM software application/solution design, testing, and implementation. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Demonstrated understanding in all aspects of the specific Revenue Cycle department assigned. Demonstrated understanding of all integral components of HIM. Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) skills required. Willingness and ability to be available for events requiring system support during non-business hours. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Strong medical knowledge base Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to relate regulations to Revenue Cycle IT issues. Salary Range: $51,420.00 - $82,100.00 PM24
