Position: Customer Experience Coordinator
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: 8am – 5pm
* Primary Responsibilities:
o Responsible for facility visitor experiences to ensure a world-class overall experience at our facility. (Visitors include but are not limited to: Guests, Customers, Auditors, Vendors, Candidates, Zentis Employees from other locations, etc.)
+ Preparing, welcoming, and assisting with all incoming visitors overall experience.
o Responsible for assisting with marketing and branding opportunities in the community & directly at sales & marketing functions.
o Provide support to the Human Resource Department with employee requests, engagement activities, Job Fairs, community branding opportunities, and employee onboarding.
o Support the strategic and tactical business goals of the HR Department & the Company.
o Handle employee questions.
* Formal Education Required:
* High School Diploma
* Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:
o Experience in Excel.
o Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service or hospitality administration.
* Special Skills and Abilities Required:
o Excellent communication skills.
o Outgoing personality is a must.
o Strong customer service skills.
o Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex human resource-related documents.
o Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
o Must have excellent attention to detail.
o Must have good multitasking skills.
