Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs in an outdoor setting? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school, assisting learners aged 5-17. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives through outdoor education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering tailored educational activities in outdoor environments for students with SEN.
* Create an inclusive and engaging atmosphere that promotes outdoor learning.
* Provide one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence.
* Monitor student progress and share feedback with teachers and parents.
* Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
* A genuine passion for outdoor education and supporting students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
