Basic Salary: £25, plus commission, OTE £30, - £35,
Location: Medway City Estate
Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (5 day working week over Monday to Saturday)

Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the Southeast of England comprising more than branches. Our Call Centre is crucial to the success of our operation which now includes around 24full and part time colleagues. Locally known as Wards of Kent, our Centre not only responds to customer enquiries, but we also help generate property valuations and other business opportunities such as financial services, conveyancing and lettings.
You will be supporting Jo, our very experienced Centre Manager who has been with us for well over 5 years, so what she doesn’t know really isn’t worth knowing!

Ideally you will have worked as a Team Leader in a similar sales and customer service environment. You will be commercially aware with the ability to drive the business forward and add value. A previous, proven sales career and the ability to coach and motivate people at pace is key, as is strong target management in a fun and happy atmosphere.
The purpose of the centre is:
1. Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs
2. Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your lettings or financial services colleagues
3. To work towards set performance targets in line with business strategy and goals
4. Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move
