Senior Claims Handler/Claims Coordinator

Office-based Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable claims handler with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team in Falkirk. This senior role will involve taking on additional responsibilities to support the team manager as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve claims efficiently and effectively
* Provide excellent customer service and communication
* Support the team manager with administrative tasks
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
